2. Keep the packaging – Refunds are only accepted for items returned in full, including the original box and all accessories.

3. Email us – Let us know at support@oraley.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. You can contact us here.

4. Post it back – Once we confirm, send the product to our return address. You’ll cover return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can't refund lost returns.
